St. Nicholas has a good musical tradition, but is always looking out for new singers; enthusiasm is as important as musical ability.

The organist is prepared to give free organ lessons to prospective singers, but need to have at least Grade 5 keyboard skills.

Organ

The organ was built In 1890 by the local firm of J. Porritt, and incorporates pipework of an earlier organ by an unknown builder dating from the 1830s. For full details of our organ click the button below.
